New Brokerage/Broker Application
Please complete all fields. If you have been a member of National Association of REALTORS as a Realtor or Affiliate member in Nevada or any other state, you will have a NRDS number. You can search your NRDS number at www.nar.realtor or call the office to obtain that information. You do not want to create a duplicate ID number. Upon completion of this application, the office will review your information for final approval.
Please note that all application fees and dues are pro-rated upon joining. State, National, and Local dues are collected by the local association and dispersed. Those fees are collected on a calendar year. The MLS dues are collected on a semi annual basis starting January 1 and also pro-rated when joining. When applying you will become a member of National Association of Realtors, Nevada Realtors, and Elko County REALTORS. All boards have a no refund policy.

Top Things to Know When Signing Up:
To apply for REALTOR® office membership the following are required to submit an application:
- A completed Office Application form
- A copy of the Broker’s large valid Real Estate License
- A copy of the Company Local Business License
- A copy of the company’s Listing Agreements & Addendum or a statement that ECR forms will be used
- New Office Fee
- A statement of ownership transfer from the previous Owner/Broker indicating the type of transfer (complete/listing and historical data will remain with the new ownership or if that data will be retained by the previous ownership and the new ownership will begin anew)
- An office is not required to be a subscriber of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to have REALTOR® membership in Elko County REALTORS®
