I am hereby applying for or updating an Affiliate membership and, as an Affiliate member, I agree to abide by the Bylaws and Policies and Procedures of Elko County REALTORS® (“Association”). I understand that this does not include membership in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) or Nevada REALTORS® (NVR).

I irrevocably waive all claims against the Association, any of its officers, directors, members, or employees for any acts in connection with the business of the Association, specifically, but not limited to, their acts in electing or failing to elect, advance, suspend, expel, or otherwise discipline me as an applicant or member.

I agree to pay the established fees for as long as I remain a member and will notify the Association of any changes in my registration, status and/or address.

Top Things to Know When Signing Up:

Your license must be activated in NRED before your application can be processed.
Invoices are emailed once application is received and information is verified. Payment is due before access to systems is granted. When joining, Local Dues are not pro-rated. Local dues are billed on a calendar year (January-December). MLS Fees are prorated based on the month you join. MLS Fees are billed on a semi-annual basis (January-June & July-December). We have a no refund policy.
A one-time application fee is applied to new members.
Please complete both an application for board and MLS. You must have both services when joining to have access to our MLS. MLS logins cannot be shared, this is an MLS violation and strictly enforced.
MLS Orientation is required by the next available course held by Elko County REALORS®
To access Supra One, please indicate your need on the application and upon processing your application you will be registered in the Supra One program.
We do not keep your credit card on file at Elko County REALTORS® for dues, MLS or any other charges.
If you need to make any changes to your information on file, please contact the Elko County REALTOR® office.
Dues and MLS invoices are sent out strictly by email. Local board dues are due 1/1. MLS fees are billed semi-annually and due 1/1 and 7/1, every year. Please check your spam folder if you do not see these email invoices. You can always login to your online portal to view any outstanding invoices. Late and reinstatement fees will be assessed after the due dates.

Affiliate Appraiser $454 Annually

Affiliate Members: Affiliate Members shall be individuals or firms who, while not engaged in the real estate profession, have interests requiring information concerning real estate, and are in sympathy with the objectives of the Association. Affiliate membership shall also be granted to individuals licensed or certified to engage in real estate practice who, if otherwise eligible, do not elect to hold REALTOR® membership in the association, provided the applicant is engaged exclusively in a specialty of the real estate business other than brokerage of real property.

MLS Office $773.00 One-Time Fee

MLS Participant Starting at $335 Semiannually + $515.00 One-Time Fee

Supra One Starting at $154.50 Semiannually + $100.00 One-Time Fee
